Working as a Chef and love to eat low-calorie food, I always use Oil sprayer in my day to day cooking. I have used so many products of oil sprayers in the past, But this “Oil Mister” is really amazing. It’s very easy to use, Lightweight, Multipurpose, Pumps a fine mist of oil on the product. You can fine coat your baking pans, Salads, Popcorns or Kurmuras for spices coating, Vegetables, Breads, Cakes, Desserts, Rotis, etc. You can eat lots of favourite food without any Guilt, with less Oil and Low Calories.   • 2 Medium Sized Onion Chopped
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 2 Medium Sized Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Canopies from bread
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ Cup Boiled Corn
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • Oil Mister
  • To Garnish:- (Optional)
  • Grated Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Chilli Flake


In a baking dish mix Chopped Onions, Capsicum, Tomatoes and Garlic. Take Tomatoes more in quantity than the Onions and Capsicum. Sprinkle some Salt on it.

Then take the Oil Mister and pump it 7-8 times till it gets a little hard to push then spray it on the vegetables and
bake it at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

Then in another baking tray place all the Canopies made from bread and spray the Oil in the same manner. And bake it at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.

After baking the vegetables remove it and half crush them in a mixer.

Remove that mixture and add Tomato ketchup, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Salt to taste and Boiled Corn to it.cook it on high flame. Once you see a Boil add Maida to it so that it binds well. Once its mixed switch off the flame.

Then once the canopies are roasted put the stuffing on it andGarnish with Cheese, Oregano and Chilli Flakes. The recipe is ready to serve. And the product is highly recommended!
